Eee PC 900 installation
Almost there!
(“There” equals to “Automagically-and-completely-Out-of-the-box”)
I installed openSUSE 11.1 on this thing and now I was able to use the
openSUSE-11.1-NET-i586.iso.
Both the wired and wireless nics were recognized, the thingy flew like a STOL.
The touchpad works fine, too. I just don’t like them, so I’m using a mouse.
I also used the Automatic Configuration and all HardWare worked like there’s never been a broblem. Audio and video run just fine, Java runs fine.
